I love that we can have so much information at our fingertips – and mostly for free!  But in order to make this information valuable, it has to be applied…this is where organized educational programs can help, in addition to clinical practice.  And remember – just because the information is free does not make it valuable or applicable.  Check the resources!

  • My go-to source (even after I’ve been educated through conferences, courses, etc): PubMed
  • My go-to for thorough information on nutrition and supplementation: Chris Masterjohn PhD
  • Cardiovascular Health Reviews and Articles: Dr. Peter Attia
  • Pediatrics (mostly for patients, but many useful information in her blog posts for practitioners): Dr. Elisa Song
  • Good content layout for specific supplements/conditions (with links to articles, but do you due diligence and look at the articles – many are not truly clinically applicable): Self-Hacked
  • Good content (and layout) with more clinically applicable links to research: Dr. Chris Kresser
  • Provides clinically applicable links to articles, as well as case reviews: Dr. Kara Fitzgerald
